Complete the table below – the first   one has been completed for you (a word copy of the table is available in the   Resources section of this subject). There are no right and wrong answers for   column 3 but you will see that the questions become more complex and you   might also think of the grade level when students would tackle such   questions.

Debate   in class, followed by essay


Assess   the impact of pollution in our local waterways.

Excursion   to CSIRO or to a local river with a guide, students collect evidence of   pollution and use prezi to present
